Awful. Original item never sent. I raised a complaint and they sent a second. However, Custom charge not included, no notice given. Item was held for 18 days without any notice and then boxio said they would pay the custom charge. Took them 5 days and then when was sorted, had been in storage and sent back to Germany. All their delovery times state days - i waited 7 weeks and never saw the item, clearly infrastructure issues and substandard customer service. Still awaiting refund! 8 weeks later….:buy from tentbox instead.

je n'ai pas encore essayé mais tout, à l'exception de la glacière me semble bien. La glacière est petite, on n'y met pas grand chose après avoir installé les blocs de glace et un litre ne tient pas debout
