1. Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Duschkraft GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. Eligibility
Eligible to enter are individuals aged 18 or older who reside in Europe. Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
3. Participation
Participation in the sweepstakes takes place on the website boxio.uk and requires subsequent registration via the sweepstakes form on the dedicated “Trade Shows and Events” page. Participation is free of charge and not contingent on a purchase or order.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Europe. Winners will be notified exclusively by email.
5. Prizes
2 x 1-day tickets to the respective trade shows.
6. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected at random from all participants who have registered correctly after the contest ends. Winners will be notified via email.
7. Data Protection
Providing personal information is required to participate in the sweepstakes. The organizer agrees to comply with data protection regulations and not to disclose any data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the administration of the sweepstakes.
8. Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical issues that affect participation in the contest or the selection of winners.
9. Changes to the Terms and Termination of the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to change the contest terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the contest without prior notice and without providing a reason.
10. Legal Remedies
Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Final Provisions
Should any individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of the contest shall remain unaffected. The law of the country in which the organizer is headquartered shall apply.
