Awful. The original item was never sent. I filed a complaint, and they sent a second one. However, customs fees were not included, and I received no notice. The item was held for 18 days without any notice, and then Boxio said they would pay the customs fees. It took them 5 days, and by the time it was resolved, the item had been in storage and sent back to Germany. All their delivery times are listed in days—I waited 7 weeks and never saw the item; clearly infrastructure issues and substandard customer service. Still waiting for a refund! 8 weeks later….: Buy from Tentbox instead.

I haven’t tried it yet, but everything, except for the cooler, seems fine to me. The cooler is small; you can’t fit much in it after putting in the ice packs, and a one-liter bottle won’t stand upright
